FIX? Invalid namespace 102 xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.5"

I have made an AIR for Android in Flash CS5 (with Flash Pro CS5 Extensions for AIR 2.5) successfully; however, I get an error 102: Invalid namespace http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.5 when I run adt.  (I was able to create apks before without a hitch.)

Any thoughts?  2.5 issue? sdk conflicts?

I thought I saw a link to the fix in an Adobe forum, but I've been awake for 22 hours and I just need a little guidance (or the fix!).

Thanks in advance everyone!

If it was working earlier, then please:

1.Check in the preferences that your project is referring to correct (latest) sdk?

2. Uninstall flash pro extension and reinstall the latest one available on labs (it is a minor update to older one).
