Flash Builder 4.6 is not detecting my Android Device

Hi Everybody,

I'm making an application for the mobile platform but my Flash Builder 4.6 is unable to detect my Android Device. My Android device is manufactured by Huawei. I happened to visit the following site which displays the certified smart phones.

http://www.adobe.com/flashplatform/certified_devices/smartphones.html

In this list, I don't find my device. Is this the reason my device is not being detected by Flash Builder 4.6?

Please let me know.

I see my device there available. Here is the command along the response:

C:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb.exe devices

adb server is out of date. killing...

* daemon started successfully *

List of devices attached

4C5499EFF384 device

So, I can see my device in Android but not in Flash Builder 4.6
