Hello there,

Do you know how Flash CS6 manages the ANE and the new AIR versions?

Is there any link that shows/explains it?

Thanks in advance

I think if you will spent 10 mins you will find that button and if you have real device you can test yourself

Although you can specify the ANE location, but that does not mean all ANEs would work especially ones that need you to specify tge ios5 SDK, in Flash builder 4.6 on Mac it works as there is such option.

in Flash CS6 [Mac] it is missing, unless there is another way.

After you have added the ANE you can open the AIR for iOS settings and you will see an option for setting which SDK is to be used. You can even set it to 5.1 and make a build for iPad Retina, if you have also set the Quality option to High instead of Standard.
