Flash Pro Captive Application using Air 3.0

I bought Flash CS5.5 based on the 'efficient mobile development workflows'.  It has worked out great.  With the news of Air 3.0 and the ability to make captive applications (woohoo!), I have a few questions:

1.  How do you make a captive app from within Flash Pro?  All the documentation is command line....currently, I click 'publish' and I am done

2.  How do you install the 3.0 SDK into Flash Pro?  I have 2.6 SDK and can use 3.0 SDK by downloading 3.0 and renaming the folder but surely there is a better way

The renaming approach works well. You could probably find the more elaborate AIR 2.7 overlay instructions, and try those with AIR 3.0.

I imagine that having the captive AIR integrated into publishing will need to wait for an update to Flash Pro.

It would be nice to have an official answer from Adobe on how this will work and I hope this update is not a paid update considering 5.5 is only a few months old.  I only have budget for one upgrade per year.
