Get rid of "full internet access" permission forced by Animate compiled app?

Hello,

our app created and compiled in Animate requires "Full Internet Access" even if we don't set this permission requirement in app descriptor.

Searching I found this more then 6 year old explanation here on the AIR forum:

Is this still valid? Still we do not have any possibility to get rid of this permission?
