Getting Issue while Installing IOS App on Iphone & Ipod

while trying to install my App in Iphone(Iphone 4) and Ipod getting error message during installing process. same App is running on IPAD easily.

Tried with new provision file and AIR 3. using Flash builder 4.5.1.

Please suggest solution.
