Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats

Hi,

I an trying to upload my eighteenth app, but Apple rejected because of copycats. I can't understand this situation. I just upload a new app to Appple and it is on sale. But The other app is'nt accepted. I changed my icons, but it didn't work. It says;

"Your app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.

Specifically, your app includes content that resembles Terakki Vakfı without the necessary authorization.

Please see attached screenshot for details."

What can I do?
