h264 Video is broken in Ice Cream Sandwich - works in Honeycomb

I've got two Asus Transformer Primes. One is running Honeycomb and one is upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich. I've got an AIR app which views live encoded RTMP video. The video works well under Honeycomb, but I just get a black screen using the same binary running under Ice Cream Sandwich. The NetStream is connected, and shows that I am receiving 30FPS, but the video will not show up. Am I missing something? This looks like a bug.

Might someone from Adobe comment on this? This is a big deal. h264 does NOT play when streamed to my Transformer Prime running ICS. The only solution has been to downgrade to Honeycomb, but even then the solution is impractical since there is a show-stopping 5 second lag no matter what 'bufferTime' is set to.

I've forwarded this along to our Android and video team, I'll let you know what I hear back.
