Harman support.

Hi,
We have purchased the highest Enterprise Tier available from Harman, but their support email is not responding to us for 2 months already. Did anyone else experience this problem? Any advice on how to get any answer for Harman support?

    I have had the same issue my original request mas mid June ish, posted here mid Augest (https://community.adobe.com/t5/air/transition-to-harman-sdk-for-desktop-applications/m-p/11376617?page=1#M56463)  and still no word ... frustraiting.
