Having problems with Live2d Viewer

Hi, I'm not very tech savvy, so please be patient with me.

So I downloaded Live2d Viewer (2.1.9) and Adobe Air (the most recent version to date - 4/2/18) on my Mac, and whenever I open up Live 2d viewer, I get an error message saying that "Adobe AIR Application quit unexpectedly".

From what I've researched, I seem to be the only one having this problem? I've tried restarting my computer and reinstalling after uninstalling Live2d, but I still get the same message. When I open it up from Adobe AIR, I can choose what to open, but when I try to open Live2d, it crashes again. I don't really know what's the problem...
