How can I correct the date of down load?

I get an error message when I try to download ' "JL Edwardian Advent Calendar" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. PluginProcess downloaded this file on an unknown date' I have uninstalled both applications 3 times, dumped the the trash, and then reinstalled the applications, and still unable to install the "JL Edwardian Advent Calendar" application. I have a Mac with OSX 10.9 operating system. The Adobe Air application states it was created on Oct.29,2013 when I redown loaded it on Nov. 21, 2013.

Then double click to install? I just gave this a try on my 10.9 system and it worked fine.
