How can I get tech support for Troubleshooting AIR Installations

First, I have Adobe air installed on my computer.

Second, I use a web site called TwinSpires. com for getting horse racing data & information, plus it has a wagering pad that is, or uses Adobe Air.  This has been working perfectly for many months.  Now, suddenly, the Adobe Air wagering pad will not open properly.  I get an error message that says "sorry, an error has occurred.  The application could not be installed..."  Error #2032

We have a adobe air client which worked all these days fine. Now with the same air client, few customers are experiencing issue "sorry, an error has occurred.  The application could not be installed..."  Error #2032". Can someone help us here?
