how do i make an enterprise app sync to itunes from the device after OTA download?

- the ipa can be downloaded to the device OTA, but after, will NOT sync to itunes

what if someone downloads the app to their device but needs to remove it, but then wants to reinstall it again? since the app won't sync to itunes they have to delete the app from the device to remove it, and to reinstall it they have to download it again.

i would like them to download the app only once and then sync it to/from the device with itunes instead of having to download the app each time. so, what do i need to do to get the app to sync to itunes after an OTA download?
