How do you install AIR?

Hi,

I downloaded AIR from the Adobe site, and I get some Frame/Framework error. It says that the Frame is damaged.

I have a Mac OS Catalina.

Also, I am not sure which version to download from the Harman site, and how to instal it.

The software I want to use is something called EasyVSL

btw: I am a complete idiot when it comes to software

I'd appreciate any help!
