How to debug ANE lib module with android studio?

Hi

Does anyone know how to debug an ANE lib module on Android Studio? With Xcode, one can attache the debugger to an running the app, but with Android Studio when I click the "Attach Debugger to Android Process" menu button, only device name is listed, even I check the "show all processes" checkbox, nothing changed.
