I bought viewpad 10 because it contains windows & android together, so I can test out my apps in both OS.

I notice there is no android market in it, and it doesn't comes with adobe flash plugin.

Anyone?

I read somewhere that Google and ViewSonic got into a spat because Google wasn't ready to release an OS version for tablets and ViewSonic didn't want to wait. So Google didn't let ViewSonic put the Market app on their device. Or something like that.

I'm not sure the Android versions of Flash Player and AIR will work on the Viewpad since it doesn't have an ARMv7 processor. The Windows versions should work, I think.

I suppose you can try to install the AIR runtime from the AIR SDK and see if it works. Run the AIR adt utility from the commandline:

AIR3>bin/adt -installRuntime -platform android

(See http://help.adobe.com/en_US/air/build/WS901d38e593cd1bac1e63e3d128fc240122-7ff6.html for more info on the command.)

I don't understand. Did you open the link on the Viewpad? And you got to a page that talked about your Sony device? The link was where you go to download the Android Market app, you ought to be able to open that in a browser running on an Android device, and download the marketplace app.
