How to install Harman Air 33.1 on Mac

Hello, 

I'm not a developer I'm a user, on Big Sur, and I'm trying to install version 33.1 on my Mac, yet there is no apparent dmg file.  With the myriad of files in the download I can't figure out what executable launches the runtime.  I have an existing Air application and I'm trying to get the runtime installed to see if it will run.
