How to unsubscribe from this list

If you’re reading an email, click the “view the full discussion” link to see the discussion in a browser. Now look in the right column of the page and you should see a set of actions you can take. There will be either “receive email notifications” or “stop email notifications”. If it’s “receive email notifications", then click on the path link to go up one level, perhaps to here:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/air/development

Now does it say “stop email notifications”? If it does, click on that. If not, go up another level, to:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/air?view=overview

And so on.
