That article seems correct for CS5.5. With CS6 I think it already had the manage AIR SDK option in the Help menu. Whatever the case, with CC you would use the Help menu option to add new SDKs.

I was thinking of adding a comment to my previous post along the lines of, "You would think that Adobe could make this process easy."   It appears that they could, and they have.
