I am trying to install Peterson's Practice Test Player and it needs Adobe Air to work. Adobe air won't install

I am running up to date windows 7

I had it installed on this computer earlier, then my wife dropped the laptop and I had to have geek squad replace the hard drive. they ended up replacing a lot of other things. I tried to install air and it just wont work. I disabled all of my security programs, It still didnt work.
