I have an Air app that does not activate when I click agree to terms and conditions

When I agree to the terms and conditions prompt the app from Jacquie Lawson does not activate. I have a Dell Inspiron 530s with 4gb memory and windows 10. Flash player is up to date and Reader DC installed. This problem was present in Windows 7 home premium. Any ideas why?

May be that app is broken? Do you contacted to Jacquie Lawson?

App works fine in Win 10 Pro build 1511 on laptop but not in Win10 Home. Have tried uninstalling Air and Flashplayer and app then reinstalling all but no change.
