Please try:

  2. In the Control Panel window, under Programs , click Uninstall a program .
  3. In the Uninstall or change a program window, click to select AccuWeather.com Cirrus , and then click the Uninstall button. NOTE: If prompted for an administrator password or a User Account Control prompt is displayed, type the appropriate password, click Continue or click Yes .
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstall process.
  5. Once the uninstall process is complete, click the X in the upper-right corner to close the Control Panel window.
  6. Click the Start button, and then click Computer .
  7. In the Computer window, double-click Local Disk(C:) .
  8. In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) window, double-click the Programs Files (x86) folder.
  9. In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) > Programs Files (x86) window, click to highlight the AccuWeather.com Cirrus folder.
  10. With the AccuWeather.com Cirrus folder highlighted, on the menu bar, click Organize .
  11. On the Organize menu, click Delete .
  12. In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) > Programs Files (x86) window, click the X in the upper-right corner to close the window.

Hi, I had the same problem on my laptop on MondaY, and is was the ERROR code #1056

Well if it is, I dont know what type of PC or Laptop you have, I have a Sony Vaio and I went to the Sony Vaio forum site, and found the solution. (you can just skip to step 3 but this are the full instructions)

Step 1. Sony Support Site   http://esupport.sony.com/

Step 2. In the search box to the right type in accu weather

Step 3. The support forum finally leads you to the solution page

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/microsites/searchEntry.do?locale=LA_eng_US&usemicrosite=true&region=UMRE_UNITEDSTATES_2_5&sonyregion=US&searchString=accu%20weather&product=&sonytemplate=&sonymodel=&language=en_US

Sorry for the long message but Good Luck with your error problem and let me know if it helped.
