    AIR is now owned by Harman. You can download the SDK here:

    https://airsdk.harman.com/download

     

    After downloading the SDK, you can look for the captive runtime in this path:

    <AIR_FOLDER>/runtimes/air-captive

     

    But I'm not sure how you can use it in your specific case.
