IAP Dialogue causes app to be Deactivated

We have an issue that we just discovered in AIR 26. On Android, when opening a purchase dialogue the app will be deactivated and unable to receive the events fired by the ane. When the dialogue is closed the app is activated again.

From what we can tell this problem is present in AIR 25, 26 and in the 27 Beta. We were using FreshPlanet's AirInAppPurchase.ane and running the app in full screen. Our environment is Inteliij, but the problem is also present when compiling manually with adt.
