iCloud synch

Hi, I have an app on the app store right now (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/glass-jar/id556479426?ls=1&mt=8) that is backing up its data using iCloud. That's great and all, but what I want is to have the data synch between devices using iCloud. So, I make a tweak to my data on my iPhone and it shows up on my iPad, for example. Right now each device has it's own data from the app and they know nothing about each other.

I've scoured the forums for an answer, tried to see if there was a native extension that could do the trick, but I didn't find any help. Any ideas? I'm working in the latest version of the Air SDK.
