Impossible to upload .ipa file with application loader

Ipa created with FB and AIR 4.0 SDK.

Both certifcate and provisionning profiles are valid distribution ones.

New icons sizes for IOS 7 implemented

Application loader returns :

Unable to authenticate the package: xxxxxxxxx.itmsp

Error ITMS-9000

Does anybody has an idea to solve this issue ?
