In-app purchase fails

I developing an ios app in as3 which have in-app purchase. I am using stickports ane . In that product purchase fires purchase failed event. what are the reasons to fail purchase please help me on this

Does it fail everytime or just sometimes? I am guessing there is a lot of good reason for a purchase fail, wrong credit card number (cc), expired cc, unsupported cc, connection lost, no connection, credit card hold...
