Is there any way to include a Adobe AIR in apk and app file (Android and iOS), that the user dont have to download it and install separtely?

Is it possible to be  done in Flash Builder 4.5 (ActionScript Mobile Project)?

i dont see the cuptive runtime suport in Flash builder 4.5, is it avaliable on upper version of FB, 4.6?

Yes, captive runtime support is included in Flash Builder 4.6, BTW, if you have FB 4.5, the 4.6 update is free. Just download the latest 4.6 and use your 4.5 serial number.
