Input textfield do not work in Android on 50% phone.

Input textfield does not work in Android on 50% phone, when i change <uses-sdk android:targetSdkVersion="27"/> to <uses-sdk android:targetSdkVersion="28"/> (On demand Google Play)

I use adobe air sdk 27 or 32.

If use air sdk 33, then input textfield works. But i can not use air sdk 33. Air sdk 33 does not support ANE from 3-rd party developers in my projects.
