install apk on nook

just got a nook, how do i install my apps on it to test them?

Its a nightmare, you need the proper SDK form Android, its really annoying. I just gave up on it, now I just use the Kindle Fire as it is very similar to the NOOK, at least first gen and it seems to work fine.

I followed their instructions on their developer website and had no trouble getting apps to load from Flash Pro or Flash Builder.

The trick is once you've installed the Android SDK tools, then you need to add the device manufacturer number to the android usb ini file. After that both dev tools saw the device just fine.

You can do it!

Good post Brent, this new documentation seems much better than what I remember from 8 months ago when I first tried to set the NOOK Tablet up.
