Install Camera Raw 6.3 plug-in error message u44m2l218

Can anyone help me?  I have CS5 and installed Camera Raw 6.4 plug-in. I should not have, as it does not work with my nikon d7000 yet.  I took 6.4 off my computer, but not sure if it is out of photoshopcs5. I tried to install the 6.3 plug-in and photoshop cs5 will not accept it.  Any ideas?
