Install on Dell Streak

Hi guys, I need to use an android app which needs AIR. When I launch the app, it tells me this and asks me if I want to install it, but when I click install, it goes to the play store, but and attempts to download and install, but then tells me: "Your device is not compatible with this version."

Is there a workaround for this?

My device is a Dell Streak 5 'Phablet' running Android 2.2. I read elsewhere that some devces have an incompatible chipset, mine is:
Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon
CPU     1 GHz Scorpion
GPU     Adreno 200
Which, AFAIK, has the required ARMv7 architecture.
