Hello,

I have been trying to download and install the latest versions of adobe reader and adobe flash. Neither of them will complete the installation process after what appears to be a successful download. I keep getting the same message "download timed out" at 12% completion during installation?!?

I have already tried to disable Norton 360 antivirus but to no avail.

My system is:

Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002 Service Pack 3

Recently, I completed a destructive recovery on my computer, which I have done many times before.

I have never had any issues afterwards installing flash player...until now!!!???

Currently, the only adobe program on my computer is adobe reader 6.0.

I have been unable to upgrade to the latest version of adobe reader and currently have no version of adobe flash installed on my computer?!

As previously stated, I keep receiving the "download timed out" message.

Please,....someone send me instructions on how to resolve this issue? It is soooo frustrating....

THANKS!
