"Installation of this application is damaged"

When I try to run a program that uses AIR I get a window that says "The installation of this application is damaged.  Try re-installing or contact the publisher for assistance."

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing many different versions including the most recent and I still get this message.

I have Windows 7 OS

Can this problem be fixed?

What app are you having this problem with?  Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe AIR to see if that helps?
