Installing Air 24.0 on Win 7: "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator"

Hi, this error pops out every time I try to install Adobe Air. I select the "Run as administrator" option but it doesn't change anything. Do you have any solutions for this problem?
