Hi,

We have a live Android app using Adobe Air, thath some users have been receiving the following errors when trying to log into Facebook:

“Invalid key hash. The key hash AV1rljok/OSV+NRfm/jhuxm6/RM does not match any stored key hashes. Configure your app key hashes at http://developers.facebook.com/apps/320633584722746

“Invalid key hash. The key hash ufV5E7igoQorpEvYkIwlIAWfgB8 does not match any stored key hashes. Configure your app key hashes at http://developers.facebook.com/apps/320633584722746

I have double checked the key hash in the app, and it is identical to the key hash that has always existed and is currently on our Facebook app page, and does not match either of those two. Additionally, Facebook login works perfectly for us in test using the Play Store build, and the vast majority of users do not have this problem. We recompiled the game yesterday and released a new version, but the problem exists.

I was pointed to this by the company that provides the Facebook extension:

However, this seems to relate to Lollipop, and some of the devices with the issue are Kindle.

We are at a loss of what to do now, as far as I know, this shouldn’t be possible as the game can only be signed with one key hash, so these different ones should not appear. Has anyone seen this issue?

To clarify, this only began happening when we launched an update earlier this week. Prior to that it was fine. We are using Air SDK 16, as 17 crashes the app. We have been using Air 16 live for some time.

Thanks,

Graeme.
