InvokeEvent issues on Android, why still marked as "ToTest"?

Hi, this bug has been open since May, and is marked as "ToTest > NeedsMoreInfo", however I have provided a complete test case and reproduction steps, so it shouldn't need any more info:

Can this be looked at? It remains my #1 most reported error from my user's, not understanding why my app can not so something as simple as register to handle Images on Android.
