IOS App fails at 70%

I have created an App that has installed before now wont install. I have Downloaded AIR 32 beta and have set the Architecture to 64 but when I download the app to the phone the progress clock progresses and then stops at about 7:30, and thats it. I am installing on an IPhone X running IOS 12.1.14 via Diawi Any ideas ??

Worked out I was using the wrong certificate.
