Hello,

according to the release notes of Air Beta SDK from 25. January 2019, the launch images for these devices are now supported.

However, how is the naming convention for these launch images? There is nothing written about it.

Hi,

Here is the naming convention for the new iPad Pro 11'

Portrait Mode - Default-Portrait-1194h@2x.png
Landscape Mode - Default-Landscape-1194h@2x.png

iPad Pro 12.9"(3rd Gen)
Portrait Mode - Default-Portrait@2x.png
Landscape Mode - Default-Landscape@2x.png

Thanks!

Amrita Gangwani, isn't the naming convention for iPad Pro 12.9" the same as for iPhone XR?

Sorry, just found that the iPhone XR naming convention is Default-896h@2x~iphone.png and Default-Landscape-896h@2x~iphone.png on this site: Adobe AIR * Setting mobile application properties

It would be very helpful if someone could update this Launch Images on iOS with Adobe AIR  with iPhone XR, XS Max and iPad 11 also.

This page explains the naming structure:

Launch Images on iOS with Adobe AIR

You could work out what the name should be for new devices, But it isn't simple! This is the page where Adobe have spelled out what the name should be, and hopefully they will update it some day:
