You can easy publish your app. First of all - you may finish your app with thin requirements. Test for memory leak. All volume media asset better to store in separate files. Better don't embed mp3 music and fullscreen jpegs/png to application and just put to some Assets folder. Then in runtime load it and use. This will increase performance.

Than you need for iOS and Android receive certificates. Publish from Flash CS6 using certificates and provisioning profiles. Upload your app to approval and wait. If your app do not contain technical errors like crash, bugs - your app will be approved successful.

I suggest to use latest public release of Adobe Air. Don't use embeded to CS6 Air that come with installation. It's some outdated.
