Is localization possible in Mobile Applications?

Hi Everybody,

I need to create an application for Mobile platforms but I need to know is there localization support available for mobile platforms?

I tried this and it works with locales where the fonts are available in the device, otherwise localized content is showing blank.  Any thoughts on how this can be resolved, please !
