Issue with badge file

Issue facing in Upgrade.

I try to upgrade my application which already installed on the system. But the badge file dispalys "Install Now" instead of "Upgrade Now". When click on Install button but it does upgrade process. Why the badge file behave as Install?

OS: Windows.

AIR runtime: 3.6

Browser: Firefox

Can you post a link to your badge installer and send me (ccampbel@adobe.com) the previous install file so I can test this out?
