Issue with flash player/cannot resolveNeed assistance. How can I get help

I have Windows 7 with a 256 bit.  Browser is  IE9.I have spent far too many hrs. (1 wk.+) trying to resolve this issue of not being able to download flash player with active X  control..I cannot understand why Adobe was so difficult  to connect with for help. I have done everything that was mentioned without success. I was in a loop when trying to contact someone from support .> either no response or message stated no one available. I did manage once to download flash but only could access a few videos. I accomplished this by downloading Google as a  temporary browser and then deleted after the download. However. My browser locked me out of hotmail and the quick fix was to restore my computer to an earlier time. Then adobe flash was no longer installed. Can one of the moderators do a remote access to do this task for me. I am a senior and at the rate I am going, Flash will be extinct or I will be!   I  . do believe there must be a better way. With thks.

cc. I did receive your e-mail and I

agree; however the e-mail I sent you was blocked by my SSL

settings.ie, that is what the postman said. It is nearly m.n. here

so notify me when you can be available.

Hi REH,

You've reached the Adobe AIR forums, but I'd like to help you with this problem.  I think the fastest way to go about this would be to do a desktop sharing session.  Would you be willing to do that?  If so, please contact me directly at ccampbel@adobe.com.

Thanks,

Chris
