Issues with stagewebview Scroll slider on android

This is with Air 30 build 103. and affects Android 。

（1）I have tested so far on Redmi 5plus，honor v10， Redmi mix2s。

They're fullscreen （1080*2160 ）pixel， Scroll bar up and down work bad。

（2）I have tested on MI 4LTE。

It‘s fullscreen (1080*1920)pixel, Scroll bar work fine.
