League of Legend's Air Debug luncher error!

Ok I am desprate here, after a really long time of searching for a proper solution for this problem and after spending money for it I came here to post cause I simply do not know what the hell is happening.

I have few free time in my days as a architecture student and I quite like to do so while playing LoL. But there is this small bug witch is constantly causing me nerv break down's  "Adobe Air DEbug has stoped working" and bam either leaving the game i currently playing or i get dced during the luncher process. Besides LoL i have this aw snap error with is aswell constantly breaking down my website's and just rally annoying. So far what I have done:

Checked for virus, spywarte, malware

Checked all the solutions that google gave me nearly. that goodle chrome support gives.

Clean insall of windows 7

Bought new graphic card

Bought new motherboard (when i had that needed new processor memory etc)

AND IT IS STILL FREAKING PRESENT!

Help me please I really wonna fix this.
