license problem

i have a piece of software called meme crusher on adobe air. however every time i try to update the software i get an error message that reads ....

i contacted the people at meme crusher who told me that there had been a few people complain about this exact same thing. they also informed me that it is an adobe error or problem and it is for them to sort out as the software is on adobe air. can anyone help me out with this problem?
