List of Android devices that Air does not run well on?

Does anyone have a list of devices to exclude from distributing to in Google Play that Air apps do not run well on?  We are running the latest AIR version with both ARM and x86 apk support, but we get bad reviews due to it running slowly on some devices.  We have excluded the Galaxy Tab3's and a few others, but it would be great if there was a list of devices to avoid regardless of processor that have known issues running AIR apps.
