Whats the simplest way to stream a video from vimeo or youtube into my app?

A couple of years ago there was an AS3 library for youtube, but this library is no longer available. That means either there is a native SDK to integrate videos in a mobile app (I don't know), and then you could wrap this library with a native extension, or this is not possible.
