[Mac OS X] KeyboardEvents don't work

Here is the bugbase ticked: Bug#4094706 - KeyboardEvent.KEY_UP doesn't work in non-english keyboard layout on Mac

It's very critical bug. Any non-english chars don't work with KeyboardEvents with Mac OS X AIR applications. KeyboardEvent.KEY_UP and KeyboardEvent.KEY_DOWN events not dispatches.

There is no problem with Flash Player 20.0.0.306 on Mac OS X. Also there is no problem with any Windows devices.

Adobe, please fix it ASAP.
