Metadata Rejected - [HELP]

So I have created an app for a very popular music group. They know about the app.

The app is using the iTunes API to pull in the 30 second preview that iTunes offers up with their API. ( Same as what Twitter Music is doing ).

For every song snippet there is the option to purchase the songs or albums.

When I first submitted the app, Apple rejected with Metadata Rejected and asked me to change the name of the app from just being the bands name to being  SomeAppName: BandName Edition

I complied and made the change.

Then they rejected again for Metadata > 3rd Party Content, Copyright, etc

I'm confused here..  How is using the iTunes API to pull the 30 second sample violating anything ?  Isn't that what this API is for ?

My bigger issue is that its not very easy to get a simple document for permission to use signed by them as: 1.) They are on tour, 2.) They are far from tech savvy.  It would require me flying to their location with a hard copy to get signed. Yes I know this is sad in this day and age.

This is really annoying... there is hundreds of Justin Bieber apps all over the app store, yet Apple is giving me a hard time about this.

Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing or have any suggestions ?
